Our PICKS of TV shows to WATCH OUT for in April


After our feature about the web shows to watch out, yesterday, when it comes to TV, there isn't a barrage of options to choose from. Where there are over 10-15 web shows coming in April and we shortlisted 6 on TV. Out of which we have 4 shows that will certainly find an on-air date in April, where a couple already have.
So, here are 4 shows we need to watch out for in April.

Release Date- Undetermined
Sony TV already has two reality shows doing wonders on the charts and truth be said it is because of the continued success of The Kapil Sharma Show Season 2 and Super Dancer Chapter 3 that the channel is amongst the top guns. In an ode to cover the singing aspect, they are all set to present Superstar Singer, which if you notice has a logo similar to that of Super Dancer.


Release Date- Undetermined
Touted as actress Helly Shah's comeback show, it is looking to tap in the popularity that Ishq Subhan Allah managed to achieve. There was a lot of conjecture as to on which channel will the show go to - Star Plus or Star Bharat. It is finally confirmed that the show will air on Star Bharat and there are high hopes from it indeed.

Release Date - Undetermined
Not much has been said or revealed about Aghori since the motion poster of the show released on the channel a while ago. However, it almost seems like another supernatural thriller which may be different from others as it also has a love story in its core. Another bonus is that Gaurav Chopraa makes his return as a leading man in a TV show after a long time.


Ek Bhram - Sarvagun Sampann - Star Plus
Release Date - 22nd April
Since day one and promo one, the wait to this show has on. It seems exciting, unconventional and of course, also has a commercial potboiler vibe to it. With starry names like Shrenu Parikh and Zain Imam in titular roles along with Star Plus as the channel, the show is expected to fly right away. How much will these standout promos actually justify the show is something we have to wait and watch.


We do have a few other shows in the pipeline but there is no confirmation as to if those shows will be going on-air this month itself. We will have to wait and see if they make in the May list.
