Default Aditya Chopra & Karan Johar friends no more?

ADITYA CHOPRA
Just recently media was abuzz with rumours of a split between two very good friends and business partners. The reports went on to add that the scions of the two big empires were no longer in business with each other. Yes, you guessed it right. There was a hint that things have soured between good friends and business partners (Yash Raj Films distributes most of Dharma Productions films), Aditya Chopra and Karan Johar, because Karan is thinking in terms of going to other corporate houses for distribution of his forthcoming films.

Well, Karan may have received some offers for his forthcoming ventures and there is no harm if he decides in terms of business with other corporate houses, but what is positive is that both Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra are still very good friends. And Mumbai's Indigo Cafe in Andheri was a witness to their friendship and male bonding. Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Jugal Hansraj and Uday Chopra were recently spotted at the restaurant having a nice time lunching together. The lunch lasted for over an hour. Nikhil Advani, one time assistant to Karan also dropped by to say hello and all wished him best of luck for his upcoming CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA. The generous host Aditya paid the bill and all seemed to be in best of spirits.

So, that should put all speculations of a rift between Karan and Aditya to rest. And now that Aditya Chopra's RAB NE BANA DI JODI has been declared a big hit (in the making) Karan's Dharma Production has gone ahead and congratulated Yash Raj Films for the same via expensive ads in reputed trade magazines. We hope that this should shut up gossip mongers for good!
