Raghu Ram who had earlier quit from the scene of MTV Roadies Season 7 would finally make a Big comeback for the MTV Roadies 8. This would definitely cheer all the TV Glued viewers of Roadies show and would ultimately increase the TRP’s of the show to a new high compared to the previous season. He supposedly could not make it last year as he was busy with shooting schedules of “Tees Mar Khan” starring Akshay Kumar and Raghu’s brother Rajiv Laxman. The movie, directed by Farah Khan is slated to release in December 2010.

Keep your dressing casual when going for the interview. Try not to act too cool and hip in order to impress the judges because they won't be. Easy dressing will make you feel comfortable and also give the judges an impression that you're not desperate like the rest.
Do Not Speak in English

Show the judges that you respect your culture and your national language because these two things make you who you really are. Score brownie points by speaking in Hindi before you are rebuked to do so.

They Want You to React: So You Must

During the interview, the judges will resort to various means so as to test your reaction to various situations. They primarily want to see how you will react under pressure in the show and you need to give them that reaction (After all, the TRPs of these shows thrive on nasty fights and reactions of the contestants).
Don't Pretend to be the Bond when You Know You're Not

There are a large number of contestants who act like James Bond at the start of the interview and turn out to be Uday Chopra at the end of it. We don't want you to end up in the same way, therefore you should not be pretentious and wannabe star. In short, be real.
Don't be Boastful

Bragging about your petty school or college fights won't be a matter of pride for the judges. Its the real mettle on your and not your past glory part that counts.
