Default Avocado & Crab Salad with Roasted Bell Peppers



Prep Time: 30 minutes or less | Cook Time: 30 minutes - 1 hour | Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
3/4 lb Crab
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 stalk Celery (diced)
1/2 small Onion (diced)
1/4 cup Cucumber (diced)
1/2 Avocado (mashed)
Juice from Lemon
Salt/Pepper

Cook and shell the crab.

Step 1:









Mix all the ingredients together and chill for 30 minutes.

Step 2:










Making the Plate:

Ingredients:
1 large Cucumber
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Yellow Pepper
2 Shallots (sliced thin)
1/2 Avocado (diced)
1/4 Red Onion (sliced)
Lemon Juice
Avocado-Crab Salad

Slice the cucumber in half. Cut a thin slice lengthwise. Soak in water for 20 min.

Avocado & Crab Salad with Roasted Bell Peppers recipe picture 4Place the Shallots, Peppers and Garlic on a broiling pan and broil for 5 minutes, or until the skin is starting to peel and getting burnt.

Step 4:





Peel and thinly slice the peppers and garlic and mix together with the shallots. Add the juice from 1/2 a lemon,
