TV has become a regular place for Bollywood. Bollywood’s biggest stars have made a mark in television. We take a look at the hits and misses of film personalities on TV.

Although his initial days were tough, Junior B made a mark. He hosted a show called Bingo. Although the show opened well, it was canned because of low TRPs.

Akshay Kumar hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi. The show did well. He also hosted Master Chef India on STAR Plus, which was a hit. He’s making a comeback in the second season of Master Chef, as well as in Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Rani Mukerji
She is queen of Bollywood but she couldn’t become the queen of television. She made a debut in television with dance reality show Dance Premiere League. The show failed to impress the audience from the very first day and it never come up with season 2.

Priyanka Chopra
She tried to be Miss Khiladi of Bollywood by replacing Akshay Kumar from Khatron Ke Khiladi where she was suppose to host the show with 13 cricketers but BCCI didn’t approve it and she has to host the show with 13 models. But the show tanked and Akshay Kumar is making a comeback with season 3.

Salman Khan
Salman Khan made his debut in television with 10 Ka Dum and for the first time audience saw a friendly Khan and he connected with the audience. He then hosted Bigg Boss Season 4 which also topped the chart and everyone loved Salman Khan as a host. And now we hear that 10 Ka Dum and Bigg Boss will have Salman hosting both.
