Short text Enter a short text in this field when you create an object. This text is used as the header for the object documentation. If you want to change this short text after creating the object, call up the object documentation and change the header there. Program class The program class defines the purpose of the object. Country grouping Use In this field, enter the country for which the schema can be used. This entry also affects the use of functions and their parameters. You can only use the functions and parameters which are permitted for the country grouping. |

Dependencies
A schema can only be assigned to specific countries if it belongs to the 'payroll' program class. Schemas assigned to the 'time management' class must have the country grouping * (= all countries). Indicator: Executable schema This field indicates whether a schema can be generated and, as a consequence, whether it will run. Name of event owner Use The person who is responsible for a schema must be specified in the schema's attributes. This person is responsible for the schema data and is authorized to lock the schema so that other users cannot change it without permission. Changes only by person responsible By activating this lock you can prevent other users from performing maintenance activities. This means that changes can only be made by the person responsible and that other users only have access to the display mode. |
