Indian Air Force (IAF) Authority has come up with this latest Notification for conducting the Air Force Common Entrance Test (AFCAT) for the year 2017. According to the Notification, it invited applications from all the eligible aspirants from all over India who are interested in joining the Indian Army. Latest Update : Recently, Indian Air Force had Invited Application Indian Citizens (men and women) for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 01/2017). Now It is going to conduct the Exam. It has Scheduled the Exam Date on 26 February, 2017 (Sunday). There Will also be Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT). The Time duration for the AFCAT Exam will Two Hours. The EKT would be for 45 minutes and will conduct immediately after AFCAT.

AFCAT 2016 is an entrance examination that is going to be conducted to grant the Short Service Commission in Flying Branch and Permanent / Short Service Commission in Technical and Ground Duty Branches that will be commencing from January 2017. Selection Process:- Dear Applicants, Here we are giving you some information about the Selection Process of AFCAT. The Selection Process is as follows..

1. Indian Air Force will Conduct Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).
2. The AFCAT will be of two hours duration. It will contain multiple choice questions.
   The question will be on verbal ability, numerical ability, reasoning, general awareness and military aptitude.
3. EKT would be for 45 minutes and conducted immediately after AFCAT.
4. Successful Candidate will go through the next Selection Process. Please visit IAF website for more details.

How to Download the AFCAT Admit Card 2017

• Applicants can firstly go to the Official site of Indian Air force at careerairforce.nic.in.
• Then search the link “AFCAT Admit Card 2017” click on it.
• Enter your required Detail, for example, Registration number and Date of Birthday and after it you can submit to the web server.
• Candidates check the Display screen the Admit card will show up on the computer screen.
• Candidates should take out the print out for Admit card for the future use.
