we need to migrate qualifications with poficency on infotype 24 from excel. Do you know what is the SAP table in which it should be migrated?

The information you are trying upload relates to OM Objects for which tables HRP1000, HRP1001, HRP1033 are key.

If you wish to use LSMW, You will have to do a recording using transaction PP01 for uploading objects QK - Qualification group, Object Q - Qualifications and a seperate recording for infotype 1033 (Scales)

After you are done with the data upload, the data would be available for you to check in a Qualification catalog view (transaction OOQA)

it also depends... if integration is not active in T77S0 (PLOGI QUALI) qualifications are stored in table PA0024. If integration is active they will be stored in table HRP1001, relationship 032. There is a BAPI that can help to change the qualification profile. It is called BAPI_QUALIPROF_CHANGE.
