Rajesh Joshi, fondly known as Raju Bhai who has penned for some popular shows on Hindi TV is now to produce his first Hindi show for Zee TV..


Rajesh Joshi, fondly known as Raju Bhai has been a noted name in Gujarati theater for the past 30 years. The director and scriptwriter has penned for one of the most popular shows on Hindi TV, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Koshish, Ek Aasha, Kkusum, Koi Apna Sa, Bhabhi, Kumkum Pyaar Sa Bandhan, Saarthi and many more.


His script in Kyunki Saas..had become front page news when he ****ed the popular character of Mihir, and the entire nation got emotional with the death, so much so that the frenzy lead to the re-entry of the character.

Today, Rajesh Joshi is all set to produce his first show on Hindi TV, and it will be for Zee TV.
Our source tells us, "Rajesh Joshi's production house, Spin A Tale Entertainment is presently working on a fiction show for Zee TV, which is expected go on floors by the end of November. The show is slated to launch sometime in December".

TellyBuzz gets you exclusive news that Rajesh Joshi's show is tentatively titled 'Sanskaar Lakshmi', and it is the tale of an extremely poor girl who gets wedded into a joint family. The joint family is a Gujarati family based in Mumbai where every person in the family is different from each other. The show has three male leads, who are brothers in the Gujju family. Even the leads are different when it comes to their characterization, wherein one is an autistic guy, while the other is an NRI and the third lead is a film director.

Our source tells us, "The casting is presently on for the show. But no actor has been blocked as of now. The creative team is looking for very good actors, as Raju Bhai's characters are always powerful".

We tried calling Rajesh Joshi, but he asked us to call later as he was busy in a meeting.
