Recovery of Roundingg off amount

I have configured Recovery of Roundingg off amount in the IMG node Recovery of Rounded Off Amounts->Maintain Details for Recovery of Rounded Off Amounts.

Thing is that, the configuration works for all the Allowance grouping. But for Employee group's like Trainees and Apprentice salary is not getting rounded, eventhough i have maintained the allowance grouping for the nearest one rupee round off.

Experts,Why is this happening for trainees and Appreteice, how to solve this issue ?
