Resolved - PCR calculation formula based on Employee Subgroup or payroll area

Problem, Issue, Question:

We have 10 types of Employee subgroups with 10 payroll areas, One type of allowance (WT-Food allowance (FA) – configuring as part of IT0008) having different conditions:-

Condition1
All 9 types of Employee subgroups = FA / Month Days * (Month days - LWP)

Condition2
10^th Employee subgroup = FA / 26 *(Present Days + Leaves)

Pls suggest how to write the PCR

Solution, Answer, Fix:

• For your conditions use operator 'OUTWP' this can return Pay Area (OUTWPPAYSB) and employee sub group (OUTWPPERSB)
• Assuming you FA wage type (nnnn) ends up on the 'IT' you can access it via operator NUM
• ie NUM= nnnn note 2 spaces after '='
• Your time durations are very dependent on yor processes and what exactly they are, however I recommend the following. Simulate a payroll with the log switched on and look for the function 'PARTT' and drill into to see the various factors available.
• For your leaves if not readily avaiable you mey need to configure appropriated counting classes and link to the relevant absences on T554C, again accesible via the NUM operator. See help in trans PE04 on NUM=T specification
