Manish Paul shares his life as a host in different shows on Zee TV..

We have seen him as a host in Zee TV's reality shows and also as a ghost in Disney channel's show. But what is that Manish Paul really enjoys in life?

Manish Paul was last seen as a host of Zee TV's popular show, DID Lil Masters and now he shares his life as a host cum actor and his future projects with Tellybuzz.

How was it after DID Lil Masters?
I was really upset for a week that the season is over and I really miss the kids on the sets. There are kids who keep in touch with me even now.

How do you feel being back in a show as a host?
I feel the same feeling as I am doing the same job and it is the second time for me in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. This show has a bigger platform since it has been running for fifteen years and I am happy to be a part of it again.

You have hosted different kinds of reality shows like Ghar Ghar Mein which is family based, DID Lil masters which is a dance reality show and now Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, how has the experience been?
The journey has been great and I enjoyed every bit of it. The experience in all the shows are different, the one with the family and kids are all great. In Ghar Ghar Mein I had a great time with Vipul Roy and in DID Lil Masters I had a fun time with the kids. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is also fun in a more mature way as the show is a little serious in its presentation.

Which is the show that you enjoyed most hosting?
DID Lil Masters, I had a phenomenal time with the people there and was always having fun, cracking jokes and being myself.

What do you enjoy more; acting or hosting?
Entertaining is my funda and I love doing it in any way possible, be it hosting or acting. I love acting, but being a host I can be natural.

In reality shows when there are more than two judges there can be a time where the situation can get tense regarding the judgments and it is the host who has to moderate it, how do you handle it?
There have been situations wherein the judges have their differences regarding the comments, but luckily I have been blessed with the s****s to tackle such situations. I frankly don't know how I do that, but the material just comes to me to handle it instantly.

You are mostly associated with shows of kids, DID Lil Masters, Ghost Bana Dost and also in a movie called Maruti? Is there a particular reason?
I think the kids love me more and God must have decided for me to entertain them more than the senior audience. And also the kids comprises majority of the audience.

How do people react to you after DID and Ghar Ghar mein? Any experience you would like to share?
The response has been brilliant and I enjoy it. There was an incident that happened to me that I never thought would happen. I finished the shoot of DID Lil Masters in Pune and I was casually walking to my room when I saw a swarm of people coming towards me. First I had the impression that they were the unit members, but later when they neared I realized they were the audience. I was literally being pulled and dragged by people and I really thought "Arre yaar mera kapda phat jaayega". I enjoyed those moments when asked my driver to slow down the car and gave autographs. I am experiencing something like that on a large scale.

Were you offered daily soaps?
Yes, I was offered a couple of shows, but I didn't want to act for the sake of acting where I do not have anything to deliver. And in a daily soap, the script keeps changing depending on the demands of the audience, and I was not so keen about that.

You were not seen acting much, any reason?
I love acting, but I am not dying to act, because I am happy what I am doing right now.

You are also going to be in a movie with Akshay and Katrina by Shirish Kunder, can you share the experience?
Yes, I am in the movie but I am not sharing a screen space with the actors. Nevertheless, the role is good and it's a cameo where I have a solo scene where I am playing the role of a thief.

What are your upcoming projects?
Right now I am doing Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and I was approached by the channel for DID Doubles but it's on hold.
