the problem is regarding payroll great britain.

the ni category of an employee has got changed to x category with effective from june.
the infotype entry was made in july.

now system is giving refund for ni.

how to stop that refund??

I do not believe you can stop system from retroeing on NI infotype, because it is supposed to retro. if his status has changed with repsect to June, then definitely he will get a refund. You can maintain the status change from July in order to prevent a retro.
