Mammootty: His Highness...

Mammootty's 'Pazhassi Raja', after having broken all collection records in Malayalam, is setting the Tamil B.O. on fire. This year, he has had four releases other than this--'Daddy cool', 'Ee Pattanathil Bhootham', 'Love in Singapore' and 'Loud Speaker'. Most of these were flops but 'Pazhassi...' has set the record straight.

Sasikumar: New is gold!

'Subrahmanyapuram' Sasikumar has been a whiff of fresh air to Kollywood, plagued by formulaic flicks. In 2009, he played the hero in 'Nadodigal', directed by his friend Samuthirakkani. The film was another welcome departure from mainstream conventions. The low-budget movie grossed Rs 53 crore.
