Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam Here's a list of ten shows that the audience refused... Lucknow's Hazratganj, popularly called 'Ganj', was the backdrop to a growing small-town inter-caste romance between a Brahmin boy Abeer (Gaurav Khanna) and a Kayasth girl Leher (Yami Gautam). It replaced Bigg Boss Season 3 but could hardly match up to its predecessor in the time slot in terms of popularity. It died an early death. |

Kashi - Ab Na Rahe Tera Kagaz Kora Set in a remote village in Bihar called Dholkipur where caste hierarchies are strictly maintained, 'Kashi' was the story of a seven year old girl, who dreamt of learning and getting herself educated. The TRPs never crossed 1 and was denied to stay on-air for long. |

Keshav Pandit The czarina of saas-bahu shows, Ekta Kapoor wanted to do something different and hence collaborated with Hindi pulp fiction writer Ved Prakash Sharma. Sharma's hugely popular series Keshav Pandit made way for a different watch for primetime with Sarwar Ahuja in the lead. The show was about with the titular character Keshav Pandit, the Indian version of Robin Hood. After the initial weeks, it lost out on the TRPs and got axed within three months of its launch. The show was not promoted well enough though. |

Do Saheliyaan... Kismat Ki Kathputaliyaan With the rustic charm and picturesque backdrop of Rajasthan, 'Do Saheliyaan... Kismat Ki Kathputaliyaan' was a simple story of friendship between two girls, the challenges their friendship faced and how destiny finds their paths constantly intersecting in the most unusual ways. A guest appearance from Sakshi Tanwar and huge star cast couldn't manage to bring the desired result for the channel. It was taken off-air within a few months. |

Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai Taking a cue from the famous song from 'Khatta Meetha', 'Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai' was another show to explore the middle class families like Zee's '12/24 Karol Bagh'. It hardly worked with our middle class and their apathy made the show vanish within six months. |
