 On the Red Carpet The high fashion red carpet season kicked off with the Golden Globes and it didn't disappoint the fashion watchers. There were some wow moments and a couple of the mandatory bummers. But mostly it was good. Here is our pick: Lea Michele was a vision in this Oscar de la Renta Spring 2011 salmon silk, one shoulder gown with cascading ruffle detail. We're glad she opted for less jewellery.  Scarlett Johansson No red carpet event can be complete without at least one Elie Saab sighting. Johansson wore this exquisite peach gown with delicate floral appliqué and embroidery. Special love for that very 50's hairdo.

 Leighton Meester Not a hint of sequins on her nude print Burberry Prorsum Pre-fall 2011 dress, yet Meester shone on the red carpet. Very interesting choice of accessories which included a Louis Vuitton minaudiere clutch and Jimmy Choo 'Zafira' platform sandals.

 Angelina Jolie Did you heart just skip a beat? A big night like this screams for a Atelier Versace gown and who better than Ms Jolie to don one? She was at her divalicious best in this long sleeved, open back, Swarovski crystals-encrusted emerald green gown.
