MTV India has surpassed itself at the
Promax/BDA Awards held in Mumbai recently. The Promax/BDA Awards recognize excellence in on-air promotion, branding and advertising across India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
MTV took home 17 awards at the ceremony with 10 gold's and 7 silver's across various categories, proving an all out victory for the channel.

Some of the awards won by MTV India include - 3 Gold's for the best sound design, funniest spot and best animation category for "Jingle Bell". 1 gold each for the promotional campaign for Splitsvilla 1 and the best original logo design for Roadies. Silver's include best in-house station image promo for MTV's Scary Mary, best original music composition for Change - Republic Day song and best brand-integration promo for Bingo Crunch, amongst many others.
