We know how marketing teams promote their upcoming movies in the famous TV shows. Marketing team of the movie 'Guzaarish' starring Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai want to advance their movie through Salman's show Bigg B0ss 4. This means that episode will have brief appearance of Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali on stage and inside the house.
Having an unpleasant past, this puts Salman and Aishwarya in the dilemma. Hence reportedly Salman being the anchor of the show opposed of this idea and made it clear that no such promotion can take place on his show. Even though Sanjay Leela is a good friend of Salman, he has to drop the idea of any such promotion of his movie.
