Calculation of my maternity leave

I've encountered some problem and wish to seek advices.

I've configured maternity leave for my employees and i've only select the weekdays for my
conditions for the day" in my counting rule because that employee im trying out work on weekdays only.

in my maternity period, i've defined there can be only MAX 4 weeks before the delivery, and Min 4 weeks after the delivery , Max 12 weeks after the delivery.

Before that, i've generated 80 maternity leave quota for my employees.
Then, when i try to create maternity leave from 04.08.2010 (exactly 4 weeks before expected date of delivery) to 24.11.2010 (exactly 12 weeks after the delivery) , the absence day they've calculated is 78 days only, which should be 80 according to what i've calculatd manually from 04.08.2010 all the way to 24.11.2010 , total is 80 working days.

Anyways, My expected date of delivery is 01.09.2010

Are there any Holidays in your Calendar between 04.08.2010 and 24.11.2010 ?

And to add to my other comment (your other thread), don't forget that the "expected date of delivery" rarely is the same as the "actual date of delivery" (or birth date).
