3 cups white sugar
2 cups ****erscotch chips
1 cup ****er
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow creme
1 can (5oz) evaporated milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1:

Remove from heat, and stir in ****erscotch chips.
