Default Chocolate Toffee Oatmeal Cherry Cookies (Christmas Recipes)

Prep Time: 1 - 2 hours | Cook Time: 30 minutes or less | Serves: 20
Dessert » Cookies » American

Ingredients:

Many have tried these tasty cookies and almost everyone has named it their favorite cookie. The bittersweet chocolate and dried cherries (or cherry craisens like I use) compliment the sweet toffee and sugar to create the perfect balance of sweet, tart and bitter.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted ****er, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
4.5 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsly chopped
5.5 oz toffee pieces
4 oz cherry craisens
