How to change payroll period from last month 21 to next month 20 ?

I want to set payroll period from last month 21 to next month 20 in all months.
for example paryroll period from April 21 ,2010 to May 20,2010. Could you please tell me how to seting in sap?

You can generate using the Img steps under the Payroll node of your country, assume you are generating for Payroll - India, you can generate the payroll periods from 21 to 20 as follows:

IMG -> Payroll - > India -> Basic Settings -> Payroll Organization -> Generate Payroll Periods.

In that you can use the period Parameter as Monthly (01) & Date Modifier (00) & in start date give 21.01.**** & final year as you wish, day rule depends on your rule.

Which will generate the pyaroll period as 21.01.**** to 20.02.**** for all the years you have generated.
