That is depends on input.

Like if need to enter for all Sales EE's so you can use Load sheet (This can be internal tool or PA70 where we can load quickly.

Loading can also be done using LSWM (Will teach you in future Topics)

If few EE's so you can enter manually, you don't worry this is End-user role
