First of all welcome to Wikinewforum

1. Yes to-be is BB Doc

2. No, Functional Specs doc is different, The Functional Specification defines what the functionality will be of a particulat area that is to be precise a transaction in SAP terminology.

At the consultant level the functional spects are preapred by functinal consultants on any functionality for the purpose of getting the same functinality designed by the technical pepole as most of the times the functionalities according to the requirements of the clients are not available on ready made basis.

Simple example: Appointment letter/ LOGO...

3. Business Process Masterlist comes ialong with BBP in phase 2.

This is like a excel format which used in next phase (Realization phase) to control config, testing...

Thanks for the quick response. As a follow-up question, can you please elaborate on how the BPML document is created and if possible give a sample document for this or indicate where to get further information.
