Delhi Traffic Police Just Shared a Video of Anushka Sharma To Promote Road Safety, Watch The Video



Bollywood stars Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan are in the capital for the promotion and leftover shooting for an upcoming film “Sui Dhaaga – Made in India”. In a bid to promote safe driving, the Delhi traffic police has roped the actors for a series of video messages to spread awareness on safe driving.

A senior traffic police officer said, “The actors were in Delhi for the shoot of their film and shot at Chandni Chowk and Shankar Market amid tight security. We wanted to do an event with them to promote safe driving but they were on a tight schedule. We have recorded their video messages that will be uploaded to our Twitter handle.”

In a video message that was uploaded on the Twitter handle, Anushka can be seen urging people to follow safety rules while driving cars and two-wheelers. She added, “I have seen Delhi police is doing a lot for our safety so help them and do not jump the red light at the traffic signals.”

Varun Dhawan’s video message is likely to be uploaded on Twitter by the traffic police on today.
Film Sui Dhaaga- Made In India will hit the theatres on Gandhi Jayanti i.e. 2nd October 2018. The film is being directed by Sharat Katariya, who has previously helmed YRF’s “Dum Laga Ke Haisha”, while Maneesh Sharma is producing the project that will endorse the message of ‘Make In India’.

According to the Delhi Traffic Police statistics, over 1400 accidents were reported in 2017, in which 1,500 people lost their lives and this year till March 15, 239 accidents were reported in which 248 persons were ****ed.
