Default Bachchans, Chiranjeevi, Mammootty at the 54th Filmfare Awards (South)

It was a night to be remembered... Glamour, pomp and gaiety dominated the glittering ceremony of the 54th Filmfare Awards (South) on Saturday evening (August 4, 2007). Constellation of stars, who had descended on to the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), mesmerized the invitees with their fabulous performances and speeches.

The presence of superstars - Amitabh Bachchan along with his son Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, Megastar Chiranjeevi, Tamil superstar Vijay and Malayalam top star Mammootty – made the event more spectacular. The Convention Centre packed to its capacity. The brilliance of the stars, their bonhomie and humour. And the glamour girls of South Indian movies in their resplendent dresses couldn't be missed.

Nagarjuna, Tabu, Venkatesh, Nayantara, Genelia, Trisha, A R Rehman and other hosts of stars had participated and enjoyed the proceedings. Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan Teja who is making his acting debut also was present. Hottie Mamata Mohandas who hails from Kerala and is shining in Telugu films both as an actress and singer set the stage afire with her superb song and dance performance. Simran who made a comeback to films only recently danced to a medley of songs...
