Default Salaried Employees for absences

I am using planned times and using the schema zm04 for salaried employees.
If the employee salary is 4000 for payroll area is semimonthly. if there is an paid absence, system is paying 4000.00 plus paid absence of 8 hrs roughly about 400.00.

But i need to deduct the salary amount for 8 hrs and pay the paid absence for 8 hrs.

Let me know how to do it

Hi,

Open table V_512W_D via SM30, select wage type that you use as basic pay for that employee, go to processing class 10 and chose value 1. Then employee salary will be factored/decreased according with working time.

I already have 1 in PC 10. But still not working

In As IF principle you might have given wagetype to Paid Absences also, if so remove wagetype for paid absences..
