Sap HR Real time BluePrint

Dear Friends,
When I do entry through PB40 (applicant Actions) and when i change the action to PROCESS APPLICANT a messege comes this entry deletes a record. and its messege no. is 208.
Kindly suggest why this messege is coming.What sould I do???
