ANS:1 It is pretty much advisable to upload the Org structure.. as per my experience you will may expect lot of problem if you trying to transport. You can use LSMW to upload the Org Objects.

1. File for all the Org Object (i.e., O, S, C)
2. Relation ships

Please attach screen shots of Counting classes, PT50 for both leaves.

Meantime can you check is your absence which is not deducted may be fall on weekend or holiday???

Buddy I created Casual Leaves Sick Leaves and Earned Leaves for my employees I've given Casual leaves 12 for employees and 15 for earned leaves In PA 30 I selected absence quotas and given 1 for absence and 1 for earned leave when i executed RPTQA00 It is showing Casual leave 15 Deduction from:01.04.2009 to 01.04.2009 when I checked Earned Leaves Its not deduction why so ? when I enter in to RPTQA00 automatically another absence is created and it is showing 90 leaves Total and I have given 15 only Can you please solve this prob ASAP and earned leaves are not deducting
