Default Sudeep Sahir tipped to play lead in Hats Off's next...

Hats Off's next show will be a family drama on Star Plus, for which Sudeep Sahir has been approached...

After the successful launch of Sukh by Chance, Hats Off Productions is coming up with a new show on Star Plus, which will be a family drama.

Hats Off which usually indulges in comedy shows gave the audience a supernatural thriller in Shree which concluded recently. Now the production house is again moving out of their regular territory, and will be coming up with a family drama.

According to our source, "Not much has been finalized on the plot and concept of the show. The show was earlier to launch in December, but was postponed by the channel. The channel has come up with few new additional characters, and has brought about a slight change in the script. Earlier, the story was to revolve around two brothers, of which one was to be good looking and the other ugly. But now, the story has been modified and will focus on the tale of four sisters. The working title given to the show is 'Four Sisters'".

"One of the sisters in the show will be shown as remarkably beautiful. Auditions are going on, and the cast has not been finalized. However, Sudeep Sahir, who was last seen in Santaan and Nach Baliye has been short listed to play one of the leads in the show. If finalized, he will be playing a guy who is entangled in a love triangle with two of the sisters", further informs our source.

"Also, Mukul Chhablani who was earlier seen in Annu Ki Hogayee Wah Bhai Wah and Meet Mila De Rabba has been short listed to play the second lead", states our source.

We tried calling Sudeep Sahir, but he was unavailable.

Mukul Chhablani said that, "I had auditioned for the show long back. I don't know what the status is right now".

We tried calling Producer J.D. Majethia, but he remained unavailable.

The show is expected to launch sometime in January 2010, at a prime time slot on Star Plus.
