Moving and Copying Folders

Subfolders can be moved or copied within the tree structure. They can be moved or copied from one Personal folder to another Personal folder. Personal folders cannot be moved within the tree structure.

To move a folder (Menu method)

  • In the Folder list, select the folder to move.
  • On the File menu, point to Folder, and click Move << Folder name >>
  • OR
  • On the Edit menu, click Move to Folder.
  • OR
  • Click the right mouse ****on on the folder to move, choose Move << Folder name >>.
  • In the Move the selected folder to the folder box, choose the new location for the folder, e.g. lnbox.
  • Click OK. The folder moves to become a subfolder of the folder selected in step.

To move a folder (Mouse method)
  • Click and drag the folder required to the new location in the Folder list, e.g. Inbox.

To copy a folder (Menu method)

  • Select the folder to copy.
  • On the File menu, point to Folder, and click Copy << Folder name >>
  • OR
  • On the Edit menu, click Copy to Folder.
  • OR
  • Click the right mouse ****on on the folder to move, choose Copy << Folder name >>.
  • In the Copy the selected folder to the folder box, choose the location where the folder is to copy to, e.g. lnbox.
  • Click OK.

To copy a folder (Mouse method)

  • Press Ctrl + click and drag the folder required to the new location, e.g. lnbox.
