Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji is an upcoming Hindi romantic comedy film, directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and produced by Madhur Bhandarkar and Kumar Mangat. The film is set to release on 28 January 2011 under the Bhandarkar Entertainment banner.
