The Australian has been a consistent performer at the IPL stage and hence it was again a surprise why he was not picked. He knows the conditions well and franchises could have picked him, but that did not happen.

The Australian is a good T20 cricketer and can play the big shots. He is one of the biggest names in the Australian squad in the absence of Steve Smith and David Warner. He has been consistent and should have been picked on the basis of that but that did not happen.
