Hi

i am unable to understand the selection rules.can you pls be clear.

under column weekday,saturday, sunday we have B123456789.what does it mean?can you pls expalin with an example how we assign the holiday classes to day types.

Hi

This is used like in every Saturday is half-day so you can put under Hliday class 2 which tells half-day.

You can also use Holiday class 3, 4... Company spl. holiday class...

In weekday B123456789 does it mean B means blank which is working day,1-public holiday,2-half day holiday ,3 special day and 4-9 is from monday to saturday.what i analysed is it correct or wrong .correct me if i am wrong.

When I enter these details in the system 8:30-17:30 and press enter the end time changes to 18:30 and the planned workings then shows 9hrs. I do I correct this?

8:30 - 18:30 is 10 hr but that is depends on your break also may be you given 1 hr break so planned working hr are 9.
