Often we either marginalize people with disability or pity them; both the scenarios do nothing for the disabled person. We need to motivate, inspire and empower them so that they can fulfill their potential and become a major part of the society. Government schemes and policies often try to empower people with disability but we as responsible and compassionate citizens should work towards getting them integrated in society.
