Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur has always been a serious B-school but somehow its true status, for some reason, never got reflected in the rankings. But thanks to the growing importance of HR management, in which it is among the best, this seeming anomaly appears to have been corrected. XLRI, first broke into the top five in 2008.
