About University :
Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences (BDSUHS) Rohtak is a state university specializing in Medical Science. It is named after Bhagwat Dayal Sharma, the first chief minister of Haryana. He was popularly know as pandit ji. BDSUHS has been established by the Haryana Act No.26 of 2008. This act has come into force with effect from 2.6.2008 vide Haryana Government Notification No. S.O. 74/H.A 26/2008/S.I/2008 dating 18 Aug., 2008. The university is established for the purpose of teaching.
