Note

Before function QUOTA is processed, you must delimit all the rules to be interpreted in the Absence Quota Type Selection table (T559L) by determining the quota type selection group.

You do this, you use either feature QUOMO or, in the schema in a personnel calculation rule, operation MODIF.

Note

You can determine the quota entitlement to be generated using time balances in table SALDO, for example. Before function QUOTA is processed, function CUMBT, which cumulates the day balances to form period balances, must be processed.

QUOMO Determining Quota Type Selection Rule Group


The absence quota type selection based on the employee's organizational assignment is controlled separately using the quota type selection rule group.

Specific rules for quota selection can be set up and stored using different quota type selection rule groups.

Use

Quota type selection takes place in the time evaluation schema using function QUOTA.

Procedure

The confirmation value of the feature is a two-digit numerical quota type selection rule group.


Cumulate Interim Results


Function CUMBT is used to cumulate the interim results determined thus far in the results tables.


Procedure

The time types from the internal table TES are saved to the day balance table (ZES) and cumulated in the period balance table (SALDO). The Time Types table (T555A) controls whether time types are cumulated in SALDO or stored in ZES using the following fields:

o Transfer to period balance, cumulate in SALDO - table T555A-MOSUM

o Transfer to day balance, store in ZES - table T555A-EISUM

All the wage types are transferred without additional control from the table of daily time wage types (DZL) to table ZL.

The variable balances are also transferred without additional control from the variable balances table of the processed day (DVS) to table VS of the day balances and table CVS of the cumulated variable balances.

After the cumulations are complete, the internal tables TES, DZL, and DVS are made initial.

This function can only be used for individual personnel assignments. It cannot process more than one personnel assignment simultaneously. You should therefore never assign this function to a business rule in Customizing.

Rule-Controlled Execution of an Action


Use

Function ACTIO calls and processes a personnel calculation rule, regardless of whether or not there are time pairs (for example, to check the current day for errors, calculate the flextime balance).

Personnel calculation rule is called once only, regardless of whether or not there is an absence.


If you use Time Evaluation for Concurrent Employment, the personnel calculation rule is called once only for the personnel assignments being processed. Note that all of the operations specified in the personnel calculation rule must be capable of processing more than one personnel assignment together.

AB
Personnel calculation rule is called for each absence on the current day. If there are no absences, the personnel calculation rule is not processed.


PR
Personnel calculation rule is called for each attendance on the current day. If there are no attendances, the personnel calculation rule is not processed.
