Price of secondhand materials

Hello gurus,
I have an issue. A second hand material has to be assigned a value based on the following formula - 50% of the original material. how to set this formula on SAP.
E.g Original material A is 10008863
Second hand material A is 90008863
How to link the second hand material value with 50% of the original material.
The material code is starting with 1xxxxxxxx for new and 9xxxxxxxx for second hand (where x are similar in both cases) . this is in order for the price of the material 9xxxxxx to be dynamic based on moving average price of material 1xxxxxxx

you need to assign the grade to the materials you have mentioned , and the new condition records need to be created for those materials.

Option 1 :
I think, there is no need of creating second hand material, use the original material A and put them in a grade(example c) , and you need to update the pricing access sequence to include grade, based on acc.seq maintain the new condition values.
Option 2 :
Assign grade as mentioned above without updateing any conditions or Acc.sequence, then place the formula code in pricing procedure for the condition type(say example basic price), then ABAP need to be done for 50%.

IMPORTANTption 2 will be risky if the ABAP not tested clearly, in PARTICULAR KOMP values.
