#WrapUpOctober: Many UNEXPECTED things took place this month!

Read on to know what transpired in the third last month of of 2017.




Unlike September, which literally dragged us out and 'lingered' as we previously mentioned, October too was quite dull, but thankfully passed by quickly.

And here's all that happened in the month of October.

ENTRIES

Karam Rajpal entered Naamkarann while Lavina Tandon entered Chandra Nandini and Rohit Khurana entered Shani and will be seen as the grown up titular character. Sanjay Gagnani entered Kundali Bhagya while Ssara Khan entered Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and last but not the least, Kajal Jain entered Ayushman Bhava as the new female lead alongwith Summit Bhardwaj entered as the male lead in Ayushman Bhava.

EXITS

Nalini Negi and Puru Chibber exited Naamkarann and The Great Indian Laughter Challenge's original set of mentors Malika Dua, Zakir Khan and Hussain Dalal were apparently fired. Megha Gupta exited her show Ayushman Bhava and Kanica Maheshwari quit Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji.

COMEBACKS

Veteran actor Govind Namdev will mark his comeback with Star Bharath's Khoon Kisne Kiya and the trio of Meghna Malik, Palak Jain and Avika Gor will make their respective comebacks with Laado 2.

ON AIR

Two of Sony TV's most awaited shows Ek Deewaana Tha and Haasil along with Star Plus' Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara went on air this month.

OFF AIR

Sony TV's popular thriller Beyhadh bid adieu to the audience this month.

DATING

Namish Taneja revealed about his relationship and introduced his girlfriend Aanchal Sharma to the entire world.

ENGAGED

Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy came out in the open about their relationship and have now gotten engaged.

MARRIAGE

Diya Aur Baati Hum actor Gaurav Sharma tied the knot with fiancee, Priya last night.

BABIES

Pooja Joshi was blessed with a baby girl while the news about Soumya Seth giving birth to a baby boy in August hit the web. And finally, Kinshuk Mahajan welcomed his set of twins, which is a girl and a boy.

BREAK UP

Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki couple Renee Dhyani and boyfriend Lalit Bisht seem to have taken a break of sorts and Media man Dennis Nagpal broke up with his Bigg Boss Season 11 contestant girlfriend Bandgi Kalra over her 'apparent relationship' with Bigg Boss co-contestant Puneesh Sharma.

INJURIES

Arjun Bijlani, Jannat Zubair, Neha Saxena, Ssudeep Sahir all of them injured themselves while shooting.

DEATHS


Not one but quite a few industry folk and kin passed away this month which included Veteran Director Talat Jani, Casting Director Manoj Kumar Mohanan Nair, Sab TV Co-founder Gautam Adhikari, producer B P Singh's son Salil Singh, actor Aashi Sheikh's father, Divya Bhatnagar's father and Anuj Saxena's brother.

BUZZ

Kritika Kamra announced her B-Town Debut with Jackky Bhagnani in the remake of the Telugu film 'Pelli Choopulu'.
Ram Kapoor has a loan repayment complaint registered against him.

Malika Dua's father Vinod Dua lashed out at Akshay Kumar for cracking a lewd joke on his daughter.
