Question, Issue, Problem:

Clarification - 1: How to default Absence Quotas in IT 2006 when hire and employee. Eg: In the Hiring infogroup we add IT 2006 , which default all the Leave types.
Clarification - 2: If an employee joined in mid pf financial year how to manage with time quotas. What is the better solution for this?

Answer, Fix, Solution:

SAP has Provided various option to default Absence Quotas in 2006

1. You can default the values through Generation of Absence Quotas Report - PT_QTA00 (ie RPTQTA00) (in case if you want to generate the Quotas for Bulk Pernrs)
2. Next in IT2006 you can find the Feild ICON Default Value if you click that one you will get Defualt Quota to that PERNR this can be used when you want to generate quotas for the Single PERNR for this u have to Add the IT2006 in your Hireing Infogroup
