Today is the day when we take a look at our favourite shows and evaluate which one has fared better. So finally the weekly report from BARC India is out! While last week’s report was full of surprises, this week is no less. Though the top three positions remain occupied by Kundali Bhagya, Kumkum Bhagya and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the rest of the chart is a bag full of surprises. No wonder the makers of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein planned the London twist. What they were expecting has come true. After a long time, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has secured the fourth position in the list. But the limelight is taken by Colors TV’s Bepannaah. The show has opened with flying colours, grabbing the fifth position. It created a huge buzz from the moment it was announced and its opening proves that the makers are successful in what they wanted. But sadly, Ishq Subhan Allah saw a dip the second week. The show has gone down to the eleventh position from the ninth position. We hope the show recovers soon. On the other hand, the reality shows, that fared well till the last week suffered a major dip on the TRP charts. Arjun Bijlani’s Ishq Mein Marjawan has also seen a dip and gone to the twelfth position. Top 10 shows (Urban)
Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya seems to be setting a new record. The show has been topping the list for a long time with 7.8 million impressions. Next is Kumkum Bhagya with 7.1 million impressions. SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah remains at the third position with 6.3 million impressions. This week Yeh Hai Mohabbatein climbed the ladder from the seventh position to the fourth position with 6.1 million impressions. The show that stole everyone’s heart from its advent is Jennifer Winget and Harshad Chopra-starrer Bepannaah. The show has opened big time at the fifth position with 5.8 million impressions and the way it is going, soon it will climb the ladder. Following it is Rubina Dilaik’s Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki with 5.8 million impressions. Sony TV’s dance reality show Super Dancer Chapter 2 saw a dip this week from fourth to the seventh position with 5.8 million impressions. It is followed by Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Colors TV’s Udaan and Rising Star that took the eighth, ninth and tenth positions with 5.4. 5.1 and 5.0 million impressions respectively.

Top 10 shows (Urban + Rural)
The No. 1 show of the country stays Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya with 13.5 million impressions. It’s spin-off show, Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya follows it with 12.6 million impressions. Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya retains the third position with 11.5 million impressions. Sony Pal’s CID takes the fourth position with 9.3 million impressions. Following it is Sony TVs dance reality show, Super Dancer Chapter 2 at fifth position with 9 million impressions. Sony Pal’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah secures the sixth position with 8.5 million impressions. Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel starrer Yeh Hai Mohabbatein climbs the ladder from the fourteenth position to the seventh position with 8.5 million impressions. Star Bharat’s Kya Haal Mr Paanchal shows a dip and grabs the eighth position with 8.4 million impressions. Colors TV’s Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Sony Pal’s Baalveer complete the top 10 chart with 8.2 and 8 million impressions respectively.

Top 10 channels
In the cities, Star Plus climbed the ladder to be the top channel with Zee TV, SAB TV and Colors TV. In rural circuit, Zee Anmol and Sony Pal remained the top channels.
