Procedure

The number of hours field has a specific value before operation HRS.

o Operator "?":
The value of the number of hours field is compared with the value determined by the operand, and the result is entered as "<", "=" or
">" in the variable key.

o Operators other than "?":
The value of the number of hours field is linked to the value determined using the operand using the arithmetic operation
specified (all operators other than ? ). The result of the arithmetic operation then overwrites the previous value in the
number of hours field.

Operands for HR System (HRS)

Object

Additional operation documentation

Explanation

The 6 digits of the operands are analyzed in the following way:

yzzzzz = nnnnnn with a numerical value. nnnnnn puts this value directly in the No. of hours field

yzzzzz, where y equals one of the following indicators to specify the origin of the operands:

First Digit Function: Means in after HRS=Y

Select the proper one in the place of Y

Like we are looking from IT0007 Means from Infor type look at Letter I

Retrieval of values from time types

O Time type zzzz is put in the No. of hours field from the table SALDO (previous month balance table)

M Time type zzzz is put in the No. of hours field from the table SALDO (monthly balance table)

D Time type zzzz is put in the No. of hours field from the table TES (daily individual balance table)

L Time type zzzz from the previous day is put in the No. of hours field from table ZES

LzzzzA Time type zzzz from the last day before the current day on which the employee worked and whose time recording status is not equal to zero is put in the No. of hours field from table ZES

W Time type zzzz cumulated for the current week and in the No. of hours field; current day is not taken into account in this cumulation

X Time type zzzz is cumulated from the previous days of the current payroll period; the current day is not taken into account in this Cumulation

Retrieval of information from internal tables, cluster tables

P The following is provided from the current pair:Operation HRS1P

A The following is provided from the current absence pair:Operation HRS1A
We recommend that you only use this operand if you call the personnel calculation rule with parameter 2 = AB.

E The following is provided from
table DZL:Operation HRS1E

Z The following is provided from
table ZML:Operation HRS1Z

Kxxxx The variable balance for identifier xxxx is read from table VS. Beforehand, you must structure the variable key as for operation ADDVS.

Retrieving data from of the daily work schedule

S The following is provided from the daily work schedule:Operation HRS1S

U Same as HRS=S, however, without taking substitutions
into account

Retrieving data from Infotypes

H The following is provided From the Leave Entitlement infotype (0005):Operation HRS1H

I The following is provided from the Planned Working Time infotype (0007): Operation HRS1I

N The following is provided from the Basic Pay infotype (0008):Operation HRS1N

V The following is provided from the Time Recording Infotype (0050):Operation HRS1V

Q The following is provided from the attendance and absence quotas (2007 and 2006): Operation HRS1Q

F The following is provided from the absence quota Infotype (2006): Operation HRS1F

G The following is provided from the attendance quota Infotype (2007):Operation HRS1G

Retrieving data from fields of Customizing tables

T The following field is provided from the Customizing table: Operation HRS1T

C The contant zzzzz is provided from the payroll constants table (T511K). Special processing. See Operation HRS1C

% The following are provided from the wage type valuation table (T512W): Operation HRS1%

Retrieving data from system fields and calculations

B The following system fields are provided: Operation HRS1B

Y Time interval between two date entries is calculated: Operation HRS1Y

R The result of the last HRS operation is put in the No. of hours field.

Exception: If the last operator equals "?,"then the difference between the No. of hours field minus operand 2 of the last HRS operation is put in the No. hours field.

Kxxxx The variable balance for identifier xxxx is read from table VS. Beforehand, you must structure the variable key as for operation ADDVS.

So select I

Now HRS=I

Just click on I to see possible entries

I The following is provided from the Planned Working
Time infotype (0007): Operation HRS1I

Like HRS=Izzzzz

Explanation

According to the value of zzzzz, the system reads the following from the Planned Working Time infotype (0007):

zzzzz

EMPCT Employment percentage.
DAHRS Daily working hours
WEHRS Weekly working hours
MOHRS Monthly working hours
YEHRS Annual working hours
WKWDY Working days per week
MINDY Minimum daily working hours (dyn. WS)
MAXDY Maximum daily working hours (dyn. WS)
MINWK Minimum weekly working hours (dyn. WS)
MAXWK Maximum weekly working hours (dyn. WS)
MINMO Minimum monthly working hours (dyn. WS)
MAXMO Maximum monthly working hours (dyn. WS)
MINYE Minimum annual working hours (dyn. WS)
MAXYE Maximum annual working hours (dyn. WS)
WWEEK Start time of the working week

We need DAHRS (Daily working hours)

So HRS=IDAHRS
