We, the students expect your explanation and not copy / paste from the F1 help of IMG steps.

Are you doing anything by copying the IMG documentation and pasting it here on wiki to impart training. When we have access to SAP system, we can read this stuff. More important is your step by step explanation with one example end - to - end which is not hapenning at all.

Recommendation
Perform special processing only if the method of absence valuation used in your company cannot be represented using the standard tables, personnel calculation schemas, and personnel calculation rules.


Activities
1. Decide whether your company requires special processing to represent a specific regulation regarding absence valuation.


2. If you do require special processing, create an appropriate personnel calculation rule.


3. Choose the employee grouping for absence valuation and the absence valuation rule for which you require special processing.


4. In the Rule field, enter the name of the personnel calculation rule for special processing.


5. In the Time field, specify at what stage during the absence the valuation should be made.


6. You can use the Operation indicator field if you want to specify separate regulations for processing leave. Depending on whether or not the indicator is selected, the personnel calculation rule for special processing is accessed differently according to the entry in the Time field. Use F1 help for a list of possible entries and a detailed description of the indicator options.

Personnel Calculation Rule

A personnel calculation rule is an instruction to carry out certain tasks in time evaluation and payroll, or in the evaluation of payroll results.


A personnel calculation rule can be used to check existing conditions, and carry out individual actions accordingly.


Personnel calculation rules have the same structure as decision trees.

F1 doc are there in some Topics but all other Topics are our own doc.

You can get experience in next topics. We given in other topics becasue F1 is simple to understand.

Please do not get me wrong. You guys are doing excellent work. The only gap I see is the end to end things. You guys are simply focusing on config steps (it is most required) however you must explain business scenerios and then touch upon to topics to explain them with config steps. That will be more useful and correct way of learning SAP HR.

Hello, screenshots are missing on last item in page 4 and completely on page 5. Can you please provide the screenshots
