Sony's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa will lose one of its favorite dancers in next week's episode..

Krushna Abhishek and his choreographer Robin's performance was not appreciated by the judges in the 'Teen Ka Tadka' round last week in Sony's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. The judges were all praise for the 'Tadka' performance of veteran Sarita Joshi, but felt that Krushna and Robin simply had no idea as to what they were performing.

Well, this performance proved costly for Krushna as he was shown the door in today's shoot.

Our source tells us, "Krushna Abhishek, Ragini Khanna and Ankita Lokhande were in the bottom three. However, Ragini got saved and it was Krushna and Ankita who faced the music of elimination. Krushna got out as he bagged the least number of junta votes".

Krushna's girl friend Kashmera Shah who was present for the shoot just could not believe the result. She rushed to the dias yelling on top of her voice. She snatched the mike from Mona Singh's hand and said that it always happens that the popular faces face the wrath of elimination first.

The theme given by the judges for next week's performance was 'Street Dancing'. Govina wil lbe the celebrity guest next week.

Just as the shoot is going on, we hear that Sushant and Shampa managed to impress one and all with their 'Locking and Popping' style and garnered 27 marks. Mahhi and Savio's 'Jazz' did not appeal much to the judges and they got 21. Yana Gupta and Salman's 'Krumping' gave them a score of 21. Daya Shetty and Vrushali got 23 for their 'Hip Hop'.

Get ready to bid adieu to Krushna next week in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa..

Telly stars talk on the recent IPL Auctions, their favorite teams, and of course on the players they are rooting for!!

The DLF IPL Auction made headline news over the last two days on all channels and newspapers!! Some huge money of over 80 million dollars spent by the franchise owners with over 353 cricketers going thro' the hammer in just two days, there were some huge scenes that happened at the ITC Royal Gardenia Hotel, Bengaluru!!

While certain cricketers like Gautam Gambhir, Mahela Jayawardhane, Mutthiah Muralitharan, Robin Uthappa, Yousuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Rohit Sharma, Jacques Kallis etc ruled the roost by going for huge prices, there were certain others who were deprived of a seat in this season's IPL and were branded with the tag 'Unsold'...

With the IPL auctions getting to a close, we caught up with the emerging IPL fever and talked to few telly stars who are big-time cricket enthusiasts!!

Here we go!!!

Karan Tacker:

We have seen Gautam Gambhir being bought at a heft some of 10 crores whereas few world-class international players were bought at comparatively less rates. Why is it that Indian blood went for more prices?
Indians are shining now and they are putting their best which all are really enjoying. Last year the game was hosted by South Africa which was not so pleasing for the Indian crowd because it is Indian Premiere League and is supposed to happen in India. We are ready to prove that the Indian genetics is all set to be in the game and show they are worth their sum of money. I am really a patriotic and think that the money is worth that the owners have put on players.

Who are the cricketers you are looking forward to in the coming season of IPL?
I am from Mumbai and I am looking forward for Sachin and his big game. I have gone to watch matches of only Mumbai Indians and that shows how patriotic I am.
Cricketing stalwarts like Ganguly, Gayle, Jayasuriya, Lara did not get sold even at a low base price. What do you think about it?
The game works on performances and as long as you do well, you are in the list and I think Shah Rukh is really smart in these things. Sourav is a good batsman and has got quick runs for the team; but at the same time the recent performance also matters.

Which is the team which has a good balance according to you?
Mumbai Indians, because all the matches have been great and also the work timing and the effort they put in is great. This time the money they have pooled in is really worth wherein they retained their previous players also.

Which is your personal favorite among the ten teams? Did your favorite change after the recent bidding and team change?
Mumbai Indians and it will always be them because they are really doing well.

With the recent Lalit Modi controversies and the inclusion of two new teams, do you think IPL has lost its charm?
I do not think that IPL will ever lose its charm because IPL is a game that all can enjoy equally and it is a quick game unlike the ODIs. IPL is really glamorous and it is almost like a Filmfare award and the tournament is marketed extremely well.

World cup is also down the lane; what are you looking forward to, IPL or World Cup?
I am looking forward for World Cup as the matches are between countries. But at the same time I am looking forward for IPL too as it is a youngster's game and it provides an opportunity for the young players to play for an international standard game. My cousin Abhishek Kapur is going to play for Ranji Trophy and I really wish he gets selected for the next season of IPL.

Arjun Bijlani:

We have seen Gautam Gambhir being bought at a heft some of 10 crores whereas few world-class international players were bought at comparatively less rates. Why is it that Indian blood went for more prices?
We have the best players now in the team and they have the capability to do their best.

Who are the cricketers you are looking forward to in the coming season of IPL?
Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir.
Cricketing stalwarts like Ganguly, Gayle, Jayasuriya, Lara did not get sold even at a low base price. What do you think about it?
It is unfortunate that they were not bought, but over a period of time, in the game all that matters is performance. I remember Shah Rukh saying that he loves Dada but had let down the team the last season and this time there must have been a reason and that is why this has happened. If the performance is not good then definitely it will affect your position in the bidding process. Eventually it is a game where winning matters and emotions don't have a place.

Which is the team which has a good balance according to you?
I think Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders.

Which is your personal favorite among the ten teams? Did your favorite change after the recent bidding and team change?
Mumbai Indians because Sachin is leading the team and the owners are the Ambanis. I love Kolkata Knight Riders too because I love the people of Kolkata.

With the recent Lalit Modi controversies and the inclusion of two teams, do you think that IPL has lost its charm?
I do not think that those controversies even matter to people because they love the game and as everyone knows in India, cricket is not just a game but a religion. The game has lot of money and entertainment in it, and the game is of an international standard as good as Barclay's Premiere League.

World cup is also down the lane; what are you looking forward to, IPL or World Cup?
I am looking forward for both.

Barun Sobti:
We have seen Gautam Gambhir being bought at a heft some of 10 crores whereas few world-class international players were bought at comparatively less rates. Why is it that Indian blood went for more prices?
India is indeed the number 1 team now in test series and number 2 in ODI and I don't think that the players are overpriced. They well deserve the price and the board is the richest in the world.

Who are the cricketers you are looking forward to in the coming season of IPL?
Yousuf Pathan, Gautam Gambhir and of course the players of Delhi Daredevils because they have been consistent, especially Virender Sehwag.

Cricketing stalwarts like Ganguly, Gayle, Jayasuriya, Lara did not get sold even at a low base price. What do you think about it?
Cricket is finally a young man's game and sometimes it so happens that the older players cannot match up to the yongsters. Talking about Sachin, he has dedicated half of his life to cricket and finally it all depends on the performance.

Which is the team which has a good balance according to them?
I think Delhi Daredevils has a good team but at the same time Kolkata Knight Riders too have a strong team in place.

Which is your personal favorite among the ten teams? Did your favorite change after the recent bidding and team change?
Delhi Daredevils and will always be them.

With the recent Lalit Modi controversies and the inclusion of two teams, do you think that IPL has lost its charm?
I do not think that IPL will ever lose its charm because it is more than just a tournament. It is a small game that everyone just feels like watching.

World cup is also down the lane; what are you looking forward to IPL or World Cup?
I am looking forward for both but all the more World Cup because it is Sachin's last World Cup.

Rohit Purohit:

We have seen Gautam Gambhir being bought at a heft some of 10 crores whereas few world-class international players were bought at comparatively less rates. Why is it that Indian blood went for more prices?
They are Indians and the condition of IPL is great that it has become the international tournament. Last year since the tournament was not in India, it always affects the team and the players. They are more confident and this time it is in India wherein the condition is favourable for the team.

Who are the cricketers you are looking forward to in the coming season of IPL?
Gautam Gambhir, Yousuf Pathan, Yuvraj Singh and also Rahul Dravid.
Cricketing stalwarts like Ganguly, Gayle, Jayasuriya, Lara did not get sold even at a low base price. What do you think about it?
I am a little disappointed on that but I think in a game it doesn't matter. In a game the best man always wins.

Which is the team which has a good balance according to them?
I think Kolkata Knight Riders have a great team this season.

Which is your personal favorite among the ten teams? Did your favorite change after the recent bidding and team change?
Rajasthan Royals and it will always be Rajasthan Royals.

With the recent Lalit Modi controversies and the inclusion of two teams, do you think that IPL has lost its charm?
I don't not think that IPL will ever lose its charm, and it will always have that charm in itself.

World cup is also down the lane; what are you looking forward to IPL or World Cup?
First it is IPL and then World Cup.

Abhishek Sharma:

We have seen Gautam Gambhir being bought at a heft some of 10 crores whereas few world-class international players were bought at comparatively less rates. Why is it that Indian blood went for more prices?
Because it is Indian Premiere League and it is an international brand which it is maintaining. And Indian blood always has a passion in it.

Who are the cricketers you are looking forward to in the coming season of IPL?
I am looking forward for Sachin Tendulkar because he has been proving everyone wrong that he can still be the best player, Harbhajan Singh for his masaledar performance and his loss of temper. I am also looking forward for Suresh Raina and Kieron Pollard for their hits.
Cricketing stalwarts like Ganguly, Gayle, Jayasuriya, Lara did not get sold even at a low base price. What do you think about it?
I think they are senior players and I think it's time for them to rest (laughs) and I really have no idea about the internal politics that are going on.

Which is the team which has a good balance according to them?
I feel that Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders and even Chennai Super Kings have a great team.

Which is your personal favorite among the ten teams? Did your favorite change after the recent bidding and team change?
Mumbai Indians and it will never change.

With the recent Lalit Modi controversies and the inclusion of two teams, do you think that IPL has lost its charm?
I don't think so because new teams bring in more challenges and I feel that people like Sourabh Tiwari will definitely have a tough competition this time.

World cup is also down the lane; what are you looking forward to IPL or World Cup?
I am looking forward for both and I am asking my production team to spare me for the last few days of the matches because I really want to celebrate and spend time with friends (laughs).

Gaurav Khanna:

We have seen Gautam Gambhir being bought at a heft some of 10 crores whereas few world-class international players were bought at comparatively less rates. Why is it that Indian blood went for more prices? They have played really well in the past few matches and they have proved themselves and as long as they play good they will be really heavily priced.

Who are the cricketers you are looking forward to in the coming season of IPL?
I am looking forward for Yousuf Pathan and all the players because they all are professionals and will do their best.

Cricketing stalwarts like Ganguly, Gayle, Jayasuriya, Lara did not get sold even at a low base price. What do you think about it?
I do not know much about it and hence would not like to comment and it is all the bosses' decision and we cannot question them in that matter.
Which is the team which has a good balance according to them?
I think Mumbai Indians because they retained Sachin.

Which is your personal favorite among the ten teams? Did your favorite change after the recent bidding and team change?
It is Mumbai Indians, because it is my team and I have been watching Sachin ever since I was a kid.

With the recent Lalit Modi controversies and the inclusion of two teams, do you think that IPL has lost its charm?
Anything that grows fast and when there is a lot of money involved, it is bound to create controversies. But when the match begins it hardly matters because people just want to enjoy it.

World cup is also down the lane; what are you looking forward to IPL or World Cup?
I am looking forward for the World Cup because it is the ultimate win and this time India does have a great chance I just hope they bring home the cup.

Well, the Cricketing Season is truly on, and it will only heaten up as the summer sets in!!

Ragini Khanna and Ankita Lokhande are the two top actresses of the daily soap on Indian Television. And now with the participation in Sony TV's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa they both are sharing the same space in the same show but have different point of view in the same situations.

Yes, we are talking about the situation through which these two have undergone being in the danger zone. If sources are to be believed, Ragini Khanna aka Suhana engrosses herself in prayers just before the shoot. On the other hand apni Archana aka Ankita Lokhande was seen discussing with Remo D'Souza before the shoot of she being is pretty sure to be eliminated. That means both are worried about their performances. They are consistently growing up in their performances but somewhere luck is not in their favour.

The common thing between these two is both of them have seen the danger zone so let's see how they felt being in the danger zone. We are sure you will notice they both share a vast difference in their views.

We contacted Ankita who says, "I was terrified when I was in danger zone, but I was confident that won't get eliminated because I trust my fans and family who vote for me. Even for this episode I was damn sure that will go in the danger zone but I was surprised to see Ragini in my place. When I was in danger zone I felt what will happen to me . I was so relaxed when my name was not announced to leave the stage."

While being the other side of a same coin, Ragini says, "Actually I am really not afraid of being eliminated because it's a pattern of the game; everyone cannot win the competition and there will be only one winner which means all the others are going to get eliminated, so why to worry. I see to it that I give my best on the stage and to the audience.

TellyBuzz wishes both Ragini-Ankita good luck for their journey!

Looks like the audience is tired of watching good dancers! Why? Because after Krushna Abhishek’s shocking elimination, this week it is yet another shocking eviction of Yana Gupta and her partner Salman Khan. The judges were left speechless to say the least. The jodi which was in demand after Malaika Arora Khan’s comments on their “sizzling chemistry”, their on and off screen rapport, and their consistently good performances along with Sushant Singh Rajput and Shampa.

Says a source, “Salman and Yana got evicted due to low votes. Ankita Lokhande and Daya Shetty were in the bottom 3 along with them.” Even though the song was changed at the last moment for the street dancing round due to Salman’s knee injury, their performance last week was still decent. But still, the duo got evicted.

TellyChakkar had also reported about Krushna’s possible entry as wild-card round, as he was the best till now from the earlier evictees. The channel was since convincing him to return in the wild card entry, which he did not wholeheartedly wish to be part of.

But now, since Yana’s out, things might shuffle. This now depends on how they perform in the wild card entry round, which will be on the 2oth of this month. Well, the others meanwhile must be heaving a sigh of relief!

Ragini Khanna and her choreographer to perform a risky but eye pleasing blindfolded act on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa...

Ragini Khanna and her choreographer Nirav chose the color 'Black' as their next weapon to excel on the stage of Sony's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.. Wonder how?

Well, the next week's theme happens to be 'Colors' where all the contestants are required to play with the color they choose.. And Ragini and Nirav who chose the color Black decided to go blind-folded in their performance.. We hear the duo performed exceptionally well to the number, 'Naina Tarsenge'...

Though Ragini and Nirav did not gather a perfect 30 score, their performance indeed left a mark and the judges and audience assembled appreciated their effort with a huge applause.

Talking about the concept, Ragini told us, "I was totally against the act when Nirav for the first time suggested that we tie a black ribbon around our eyes and dance. I was not ready to take this big a risk, that too at this stage of the competition. But he convinced me that if we do well in the act, that might actually turn in our favour".

"The feeling after the performance was outstanding; it actually becomes difficult if someone looses his or her vision, and we got the emotions perfect. I never expected that our act will go well because during rehearsals, we never could manage a perfect act. But on stage, all went well and it turned out to be fabulous", explains Ragini.

"I am thankful that our performance went well without any errors. Hope audience and my fans like it and appreciate our effort," signs off Ragini.

It will be really an eye pleasing experience to see Ragini performing blindfolded.
