Save as Day Balance
This indicator determines whether the time type is stored as the day balance. Meaning: 0 = Time type is not stored as day balance (e.g. utility time types which are used internally during time evaluation and should not be saved). 1 = Time type is stored as day balance (and is therefore available for the daily log). 2 = Time type is stored as day balance. The day balance is not deleted if there is a recalculation. C A U T I O N!!! If there is a recalculation, you are responsible for checking the value of the balance. You should use this value if differences to previous evaluations arise for a particular day and have to be transferred to another system. The indicator is interpreted by function CUMBT in the time evaluation schema. |

Cumulate in Period Balance
This indicator determines whether the time type is taken over as the period balance and its values cumulated in the period balance. Meaning of entries: Entry '0': Time type is not cumulated in period balance. (Utility times or time totals which are only used for the daily log, etc.) Entry '1': The time type is cumulated in a period balance of the same name. The time type is also taken over as the day balance. Entry '2': The time type is cumulated in a period balance of the same name. Unlike indicator '1', the balance is not reset if there is a recalculation. It retains the value already determined for the period. If there is a recalculation, you are responsible for checking that the value of the balance is correct. The indicator is interpreted by function CUMBT in the time evaluation schema. |
