Step 5: Once you're done chopping up produce, you can cut up your raw turkey. I didn't photograph this step, because I didn't have a sous chef on hand, and I didn't want to stop in the midst of slicing raw poultry to take pictures. The turkey came in three sliced segments; I cut them up into 1-2" chunks. |

Step 7: Microwave for 5 more minutes, then remove the dish and stir in the cinnamon and raisins: |

Step 8: Return the dish to the microwave and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, or everything softens up and the juices start to mingle nicely. |

Step 9: And finally, remove the dish from the microwave and plate up a nice hearty portion for yourself. Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! It's like Thanksgiving dinner, but without the drunk relatives and hours of cleanup. |
