The news was abuzz with the historical saga Chandragupta Maurya getting back on the small screen. After Imagine TV was shut down, the show was taken off air. Now, the recent reports suggest that the makers of the show are in talks with many channels to bring their show. And Sony decided to air the show but looks like all the promises have gone futile by the TV’s big holders.

Later it created more of a rage when it was stated that the lead protagonist Ashish Sharma will no longer be swirling his sword in the serial and would be replaced with Rajat Tokas.

Now latest we have is that the fans and supporters are heading campaign to save CGM, Udit Rajpara, who is heading these rallies all around India, said, “We have received a NOC from Kolkata, Bangalore and Mumbai. Hence the gatherings in these cities will be held on 22 July in Kolkata and on 28 July in Bangalore and Mumbai.
