What Should You Eat Instead?
  • The suffering from Typhoid, try to include more of the foods which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as soybeans, various types of nuts, different types of seeds and eggs. Have more carb-rich foods such as baked potatoes, boiled rice, etc. You can also include dairy products in your diet such as milk, paneer, etc. Also, stay super hydrated during the recovery process.
