Hi

Implementation starts once the Deal done from client.

After that we need to start implementation like who will manage project (Project manager, Consulltant....) Time lines.....

For that project will have Phase's like I to V

And each phase some activities will do there like at first phase need to shortlist manpower..... and next phase and next phase at Phase V project will Go-Live.

Read all phase you will able to undestand..
